feeling the cool night air
leaves rustle blown by the wind
crickets singing in the bushes
car lights trailing in the distance
soaking up the city lights
glowing like the setting sun
staring at the bright full moon
or the twinkling stars
shining ever so bright
as we enjoy the moment
we settled down together
I lay my arms around you
keeping you warm
and wishing this moment
would last forever more
